Implementing best practices...

Airport Mapping

We do the geographical and financial research of nearby airports both on your inbound and outbound destinations. We leave it to you to decide whether the savings of traveling into/out of a different airport is worth it.

Viewing different dates

We present alternative options. Traveling on a different month, week or even a different day can save you money.

Carrier price matching

When airlines fly the same route passengers can take advantage! Competition paves the way for revenue-management negotiation.

Calendaring Reservations

The pricing structure for airline are on a  a supply & demand pricing framework. The best rates are typically obtained by passengers who secure seats whenever the itinerary is publicly published. Securing a reservation early, with fully-refundable deposits, ensures all passengers fly on the same itinerary. Having to split teams into different flights complicates ground transportation logistics.

Monitoring price drops

In general, there are specific windows of time, in the reservation timeline, where airfare often drops in price. Whenever a price drop occurs, it's possible to update the passenger rate with the airline of contract. When this happens you get notified of your price reduction!

Stopover for the purpose of connection

SPTC is a little known perk that international airlines offer. We will submit an application on your behalf so that you don't have to pay for airport-hotel accommodations. Stop-overs paid by airlines are for global routes with long connections.

Tour Conductor

Some airlines will give a group contract a free ticket for reservations with a high passenger count. Certain rules apply.

Linking Separate Contracts

Sometimes it makes financial sense to make two different airline reservations. We use one airline to fly into an international hub, in the USA, then use another airline for the "over-the-water" segment. A safe amount of connection time is factored into making this decision.

Utilization check

Airlines will let you reduce or cancel group contracts if it is done before the "utilization" deadline. At that point they want to know how many seats you will be utilizing. The released space is thrown back out to public inventory. It's also wise during "utilization" to research for any updated itineraries published from other airline carries with the same route.
